After 17 years and a change in leadership, Well Done Marketing decided it was time for a fresh look.

This internal rebrand was a collaborative effort, with nearly everyone in the agency playing a part.

The goal — create a brand that represents the agency’s commitment to humanity, compassion and diversity while celebrating each individuals uniqueness as well as all the things that bring us together.

As in-house producer, I co-led the creation of WDM’s first showreel, and managed to wrangle a team of creatives, account execs and strategists for a daylong photoshoot.
